Select one of the following to narrow your search
ALL - This search will return all rules currently published in the Register that meet the search criteria, regardless of their status. Results will include proposed, no-change, recently adopted, and emergency rules (see descriptions below).
PROPOSED - This search will return only those rules proposed, and not yet adopted, by an agency. Proposed rules are rules that are currently in the rule-making process.
NO-CHANGE - This search will return only no-change rules filed in the past 90 days. A rule is filed as a no-change rule when an agency has reviewed the rule pursuant to R.C. 106.03 and has determined that no changes are necessary.
RECENTLY ADOPTED - This search will return only rules that have been final filed in the past 180 days. However, a rule that has been final filed within the past 180 days will not appear in these search results if an amendment or rescission of the rule has been proposed again since that time.
EMERGENCY - This search will return only rules that have been emergency filed by an agency. An emergency rule will not appear in these search results if its scheduled expiration date has passed. An emergency rule normally expires on the 91st day after it takes effect unless, in the meantime, the agency has readopted the rule according to the normally applicable rule-making procedure.
